Description(Burren Perfumery, County Clare, Ireland)
Man of Aran is a fresh and masculine sea cologne, with a citrus top note and woody base notes of the mosses, lichens and barks of the Burren.
Man of Aran cologne is made at the Burren Perfumery in County Clare on the west coast of Ireland and is Ireland's oldest perfumery. The Burren Perfumery was established over 30 years ago as a family run business nestled right in the heart of the Burren, one of Ireland's most unique landscapes-- a magical limestone terrain where rare orchids grow among the cracks and crevices of weathered rock, and Atlantic waves crash against a craggy shore. On a clear day the three stony Aran Islands can be seen out in the Atlantic-- the Aran Islands are a "Gaeltacht" area where Irish is spoken as the first language and Irish traditional culture still thrives...
Each Burren Perfumery product is hand produced using the highest quality pure natural essences, plant extracts and pure Irish spring water. All fragrances are mixed in a traditional way over a six month period, before being hand bottled and packaged. Each fragrance has been individually formulated to capture the mystery of Ireland and the purity of the Burren.
