Celtic jewelry made in Ireland by Solvar Jewellery, Dublin. This polished pewter Irish "Trinity Knot" pendant hangs from a black 16 inch cord. A 2 inch extender and lobster claw closure enables the length to be increased up to 18 inches. A contemporary and fashionable design incorporating the traditional "Trinity Knot".

The Celts used the continuous lines of their knotwork to symbolize the interconnectedness of all things... things without beginnings and ends... the continuing spiritual journey of life. The "Trinity Knot" is often found carved on Irish high crosses, or in the beautifully decorated pages of illuminated manuscripts.

Assayed and hallmarked at Dublin Castle, Ireland. The necklace comes presented in a Solvar gift box.
